Manager is a software service provided by Toolkit Studio. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Manager is a local-first application. All data is stored in your browser's IndexedDB. You acknowledge that:
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups via the "Export Data" feature.
• Clearing your browser cache or site data will result in permanent data loss.
• Toolkit Studio cannot recover your data if it is lost.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Manager PWA for your personal or business management. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
Manager is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind. Toolkit Studio shall not be liable for any data loss, financial inaccuracies, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time. As the app is a PWA, existing versions installed on your home screen will continue to function based on your last cached session.
